De ahí cuando te menciono “Toda persona es inocente mientras no se demuestre lo contrario” te pregunto ¿Y si al final se comprueba que no le dio la bófeta? muchacho no porque alguien te acuse es porque eres delincuente, por eso les digo ¿Si conocen los principios básicos del debido proceso?

_ Pero que tremendo es esto , la joven tenia 11 años , osea una menor de la cual por los hechos estubo en tratamiento medico , pues cogio tanto miedo a la reaccion del cura que no podia ir al cole del miedo .

_ Pues tampoco puedo ser injusta , claro que no todas las noticias son ciertas , no , no creo que toda persona llevada a los tribunal sea culpable , hasta que se demuestre , si es culpable o no , pues a habido casos de siendo inocente se a culpado injustamente y a sido declarado culpable , habiendose demostrado luego que era inocente .

Sr. Duarte, reconozco que, en esta ocasion, compartimos una misma opinion sobre el tema que aqui se esta debatiendo. Y ,como leo que las leyes son su " fuerte ", me gustaria hacerle una pregunta, ¿ Recuerda, usted, quien fue el filosofo que dejo, mas o menos, escrita esta frase para la posteridad:" Tu calumnia que, aunque la calumnia no sea cierta, de ella siempre, siempre algo queda ".

No se si la frase es tal cual la he escrito pero lo que si se es que se asemeja mucho. Y, la pregunta que le hago, sr. Duarte, aunque no recuerdo a su autor, si creo recordar, o que era un politico, o quizas un jurista, estan solo para hacer ver el mucho daño que se puede hacer a una persona, o a una comunidad, o a cualquier institucion a la que previamente se le ha acusado de algo sin que ese algo este, perfectamente, demostrado. Y aunque, logicamente, la acusacion se puede hacer de varias maneras ( directa, indirecta, encubierta, a traves de terceras personas, etc ) no siempre estas mismas maneras estan basadas en la mejor de las intenciones. Y, quizas, por esta misma razon, las Sagradas Escrituras, nos enseñan, muy claramente, de que grande manera, nuestro Dios, aborrece cierto tipo de comportamientos; y, entre esos tipos de comportamiento, la calumnia, la difamacion y el acusar a otra personas, sin que esta lo sepa, y ademas sin mostrar prueba alguna, son actitudes y comportamientos, especiamente, aborrecibles para nuestro Dios; mas, logicamente, tambien todos sus hijos e hijas aborrecen dichos comportamientos. Gracias por la respuesta, si es que conoce el nombre que pronuncio la frase que antes le comente. Saludos.

Les menciono esto porque soy abogado y mi papá es periodista en mi país, es por eso que conozco de este tema. Por decirles yo no creo en todo lo que los diarios publican, y creo que nadie en este foro, pero me ha gustado la discusión y que espero les haya quedado claro los dos tipos de periodismo barato que existen, si no le encontraban relación hoy ya le hallaron, al igual que les digo a las personas que profesan iglesias católicas, protestantes o otras denominaciones, no condenemos con este tipo de noticias solo por el hecho que fue la iglesia "adversaria la que lo hizo" les soy sincero en este aspecto he madurado mucho.

Soy de México y no de Colombia, desconozco la historia de ese periódico, sin embargo hay noticias de ese tipo en periódicos aquí en México que no son considerados ni amarillistas ni sensacionalistas...

_ Gracias a ti y perdone mi inmadure en debatir ciertos temas , pero le soy sincera no he traido la noticia con ninguna malda para acusar es mas , mi idea era debatir en si era obligatorio tomar la hostia consagrada , simplemente pues porque vi esta noticia , el tema se a ido desviando un pocazo , y yo tambien he sido culpable de ese desvio , por lo cual no me voy a excusar ,pero la noticia esta ay y no se si sea cierta o no , eso lo determinara los jueces o quien le toque hacerlo , pero cuando tengo que pedir perdon lo hago sin rodeos y por eso pido perdon si alguno de mis hermanos catolicos se an sentido ofendidos con ciertas respuestas que le es dado , y he aqui tambien aprendi una leccion . gracias y bendiciones.

La primera noticia me consta pues el mismo pastor reconoció el delito, los segundos no me constan pues solo en los periódicos se publico, de ahí que una mi prima dice que a ella (Chula mi prima) se lo propuso un pastor, pero ella espero mejor el castigo divino, ¡Que nunca llego!.
