Debes saber que Juan 14, 17 viene de formas distintas en loc codices que poseemos. En unos dice "vive en vosotros" y termina ahí, sin embargo en otros que se consideran posteriores sigue con "y estará en vosotros" (considerado un añadido posterior). En cuanto a "con" no es correcto, se pueden traducir varias cosas y la mas acertada es "en", quedando por tanto la frase como "vive en vosotros" que ademas armoniza mejor con el contexto pues "el mundo no lo puede recibir" ¿se ve el contexto?. El strong de S-word indica que cuando es referente a proximidad a un sujeto debe traducirse "en".
Por tanto tu argumento no es valido en ese aspecto.

Simeon, si Nuestro Señor a hablara de una misma cosa no hubiera separado los eventos en presente y pasado.
Por eso hay que poner atencion no sólo en las preposiciones, sino ademas en los tiempos verbales que utiliza:
vive con(presente) y
estará en(futuro)
